On the last 14th and 15th of April there has been the kick off of the SIP&T Corporate Education program with the participation of 11 people working on the leadership development and the team building techniques. The Change Manager Rossella Montuori has developed and supported the project and the expert coach Francesca Della Monica from the university MIP Politecnico di Milano will lead it until September 2017.
The first workshop has been experience-based, there have been moments of great thought and theory alternated by exercises for the team building and the development of the personal awareness and the relational abilities.
